What you’ll get

Useful, not noisy.

Fresh-roast knowledge

How we roast, how to brew it, how to keep it fresh. Water temperature, grind size, storage. Practical, not preachy.

What we’re making

New roasts, seasonal biscotti, and the occasional early look at something before it hits the shop.

From Greenport

Café news, the North Fork, and the people behind the counter.

Coffee + biscotti

We roast the coffee and make the biscotti. Under one roof.

Small batches of certified organic, 100% Arabica coffee roasted throughout the week, and biscotti hand-mixed, hand-shaped, sliced, and baked twice until the crunch holds up to a long dunk. Same building, same people, Front Street in Greenport.

Why this list exists

I run Aldo’s. When you join this list, you’re not signing up to get sold to every other day.

It’s how we share what we’re making, what we’re learning at the roaster and in the bakery, what’s going on in Greenport, some useful coffee stuff, and every so often an early look at something new before it hits the shop.

If you ever want to reply to one of these emails, do. I read them.

Vito P.Customer review

“Although I have never gotten a chance to visit the physical store location, I am a regular purchaser of their products online. Their coffee and baked goods are second to none, and Josh the owner is super responsive to any questions or needs.”

S CCustomer review

“I love your almond biscotti. I’ve tried 4 other biscotti from other brands and yours is by far the best, in my opinion.”
