Meet the Roaster

Our San Franciscan roaster crafts only 20 pounds at a time, producing just a few hundred pounds of coffee each day. Unlike mass-produced coffee, every batch is carefully roasted to order, making our coffee a rare, small-batch experience. Limited, handcrafted, and always shipped fresh—this is coffee for those who value something truly special.

Aldo's has the absolute best coffee! Josh, the face of the new ownership is an outstanding young man. He and his team have really carried on the tradition of Aldo and made several upgrades and improvements. I have had coffee from around the world. The dark roast coffees at Aldo's are as good as it gets and the price is right. The scones and biscotti are also delicious.

Although I have never gotten a chance to visit the physical store location, I am a regular purchaser of their products online. Their coffee and baked goods are second to none, and Josh the owner is super responsive to any questions or needs, top-notch customer service. Absolutely amazing spot --- the real deal. Expert roasted coffee by Ray, the in house roaster. While Aldo's has been a legend for years, the new ownership respects tradition and has this place sparkling. Gluten free biscotti is actually crunchy and the team are friendly and exactly why you go to an independent coffee spot. Perfection!
