Aldo’s office coffee is simple. Most offices already have a brewer and a routine. We supply the part people actually taste: Certified Organic coffee, roasted to order in small batches and typically 1–3 days off roast.

It comes in the format your setup already uses — whole bean or ground, or Aldo’s single-serve pods. It’s a small thing people notice: in the morning meeting, in the break room, when a client stays for a second cup.

  • Can Aldo’s supply coffee for our office?

    Yes. Office coffee is a big part of what we do. Your office keeps the brewer it already has. We supply Certified Organic, 100% Arabica coffee, roasted to order in small batches, as whole bean, ground, or single-serve pods.

  • Will your single-serve pods work in our brewer?

    Compatible with Keurig-style brewers, including 2.0 models. Each pod holds over 12 grams of Certified Organic coffee, ground and packed in-house in Greenport. The pods are recyclable.

  • Do you provide brewers or equipment?

    No. We supply the coffee. When we ask how your office brews, it’s only so we can recommend the right format.

  • How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

    We roast to order in small batches throughout the week. Coffee is typically 1–3 days off roast. Whole bean stays fresh the longest. Once coffee is ground, it ages more quickly.

  • What’s the difference between Office Coffee and Wholesale?

    Office Coffee is Aldo’s for your people. Wholesale coffee is for businesses that serve or sell Aldo’s to their customers, such as restaurants, cafés, hotels, markets, and retailers.

  • Do you offer private label coffee?

    Yes, for qualifying business accounts, with a minimum of 75 lbs per order. If your volume is below that, private label isn’t the right fit.

  • Can we add biscotti?

    Yes. Our Italian biscotti are hand-baked and twice-baked in Greenport, on the same floor where we roast. Mention it in your inquiry.
