About the Farm

This coffee comes from the Uraga washing station in the Guji zone of Ethiopia’s Oromia Region. Hundreds of regional smallholder farmers—most tending farms averaging about two hectares—deliver their harvest to Uraga, where each lot is fully washed and dried slowly on raised beds. The result is the clean, vibrant cup that has made Guji one of Ethiopia’s most respected coffee origins.

I like Aldo’s Ethiopia for making cold brew. I take my coffee black without sugar, and this roast is strong without being bitter. It’s not sweet, which makes for a refreshing brew on a hot day.
