Our classic Almond Biscotti is the original — baked by hand in our Greenport café since 1987, from the same 40-year-old family recipe we started with.

Whole roasted almonds, real butter, and farm-fresh egg whites, baked fresh daily in small batches. No preservatives. No seed oils. No artificial flavors.

Twice-baked the traditional Italian way, each biscotti is crisp on the outside with a nutty, buttery crumb — sturdy enough to hold its crunch through a long dunk. It was made for coffee: dip it in espresso, a dark roast, or your morning cup.

Yes. Same recipes, same bake, same twice-baked process. The pieces come from our Almond Biscotti and Hazelnut Biscotti — the only difference is they're not whole, and the price per ounce is lower.

Ingredients: Sir Galahad Artisan Unbleached wheat flour, almonds, hazelnuts, sugar, egg whites, butter, aluminum-free baking powder.

Contains: wheat, egg, milk, and tree nuts (almonds and hazelnuts). Made in a facility that also handles soy. Not gluten-free.
