Description

Our classic Almond Biscotti is the original — baked by hand in our Greenport café since 1987, from the same 40-year-old family recipe we started with.

Whole roasted almonds, real butter, and farm-fresh egg whites, baked fresh daily in small batches. No preservatives. No seed oils. No artificial flavors.

Twice-baked the traditional Italian way, each biscotti is crisp on the outside with a nutty, buttery crumb — sturdy enough to hold its crunch through a long dunk. It was made for coffee: dip it in espresso, a dark roast, or your morning cup.

Is broken biscotti the same recipe as your regular biscotti?

Yes. Same recipes, same bake, same twice-baked process. The pieces come from our Almond Biscotti and Hazelnut Biscotti — the only difference is they're not whole, and the price per ounce is lower.

What do people use broken biscotti for?

How should I store it?

Ingredients: Sir Galahad Artisan Unbleached wheat flour, almonds, hazelnuts, sugar, egg whites, butter, aluminum-free baking powder.

Contains: wheat, egg, milk, and tree nuts (almonds and hazelnuts). Made in a facility that also handles soy. Not gluten-free.

It’s the process. Every batch is hand-mixed, hand-shaped, and sliced by hand — never extruded by machines.

Then comes the step that defines biscotti: the second bake. Each loaf is baked, sliced while warm, and baked again until the crunch holds up to hot coffee.

We bake fresh daily in small batches in our café and ship promptly, so every bag reflects the quality and craftsmanship that have defined Aldo’s biscotti since 1987.
