For decades, locals have stopped into the café for these — made entirely by hand from a 40-year-old family recipe, baked fresh in small batches using only premium, all-natural ingredients: Sir Galahad artisan unbleached wheat flour, farm-fresh egg whites, rich butter, crunchy almonds or hazelnuts, and pure Belgian dark chocolate for our chocolate-dipped varieties.
